As the need to maintain social distance is gaining increasing popularity by the day, it is heartening to see more logging on to online workouts where yoga tops the list in terms of popularity, primarily due to its calming effect.
At Sivananda Yogalaya, we have already started our regular & virtual classes, and we are starting our next session of regular Yoga Sessions for September 2020

Evening 6.00 pm – 7.00 pm
At the Studio : Morning 6.30 am – 7.30 am & 9.00 am – 10.00 am
