Sivananda Yogalaya announces “Sadgamaya” – Pranayama and Meditation Course during weekends from July 2020.
Pranayama, which literally means “extension of the life force (or the breath), is the perfect calming force the modern lifestyle and living needs to organise the human body’s mindfullness and focus. The “Sadgamaya” – Pranayama & Meditation program focuses on calming the mind and bringing a new discipline to modern living’s distracted lifestyle.
When : Saturdays & Sundays, Evening 6.00 to 7.00 pm.
