You will be practicing a system successfully implemented for over 50 years around the world, the ambience in our center is relaxing and refreshing, and also, being in a group with like-minded people elevates the quality of your practice and inspires you to do more. Many of our members have been practicing at the studio for three to five years, you can learn from their experience and we also have many newcomers to the class as well, which will also make you feel comfortable. People from all walks of life, of all ages, and all backgrounds practice yoga at . Yoga is a life of self-discipline based on the tenants of simple living and high thinking. The body is a temple or vehicle for the soul, and has specific requirements which must be fulfilled for it to function smoothly, and supply the optimum mileage. These requirements may be seen metaphorically in relationship to those of a motor vehicle.
