Being a part of the Kids Yoga program can give a child a good foundation in life. Asanas, pranayama, chanting, meditation and story telling are all a part of the integrated approach in the Kids Yoga program at Yogalaya.
The holistic approach helps attain improved concentration, balance and co-ordination in children. It is also platform to introduce the young minds to the roots of our culture and discipline which help them to be more focused on studies and also improve their immunity.
